Shifting the baby weight (and more!)

2014 - Getting married in October (finally) and dont want to look back at photos and think how I should have lost weight.

Dress fittings are done, for the last 30 days I will be 30 day shredding to do some last minute toning. My eating is BAD at the moment so need to control that for the last few weeks.

Day 3 shred done!

Well I'm trying to stick to my calories which I'm usually ok at but the big change I'm making now is my exercise. After about a year of being in denial about how much exercise I do, I am finally exercising properly!
