My life is my decision

I am working my way back from injury, surgery and the loss of my job. I have been in great shape several times in my life and each time I gain weight, I wonder "What happened?!?"

My husband and I have joined a gym together, gotten personal trainers, and have committed to becoming healthy and active. I have committed to changing my lifestyle and stop "dieting".

I am happy to be here and the site looks to be comprehensive and has good content. I am looking forward to ...

1. Do something each day to be active

2. Monitor my food choices and make healthy choices

3. Enjoy each day and make it the best I can

My Program:
1. Eat more fruits and veggies

2. Ensure I get 2-3 dairy servings a day

3. Get 20-25 grams of fiber each day

4. Go to the gym 4 times a week and be active on the other 3
