My goals are ongoing; I want to have great fitness and wellness. I need to lose 20 lbs to be at a very happy weight. THis works out to a pound a week by the time I go on vacation in late June!

I do weight training 3 days per week (sometimes more). I have not yet started but plan to do one cardio class at the gym as well. I also need to get walking on my off days as soon as weather permits.
Overall I am focusing on my food intake to meet my diet goals.
I live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Originally I am from southwestern Ontario. I am in love with both places!!
Can you believe we are almost in the middle of March and we are back on Daylight Savings Time?? 2014 seems like it's just flying by! I hope you have a great week and reach all your goals.
