My goals are ongoing; I want to have great fitness and wellness. I need to lose 20 lbs to be at a very happy weight. THis works out to a pound a week by the time I go on vacation in late June!

I do weight training 3 days per week (sometimes more). I have not yet started but plan to do one cardio class at the gym as well. I also need to get walking on my off days as soon as weather permits.
Overall I am focusing on my food intake to meet my diet goals.
I live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Originally I am from southwestern Ontario. I am in love with both places!!
Smiling is infectious: you catch it like the flu, When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too. I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin When he smiled I realized I'd passed it on to him. I thought about that smile and then I realized it's worth! A single smile, just like mine, could travel the 'round the earth. So if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it unprojected. Let's start and epidemic quick, and get the world infected! Everything you need to be successful on your weight loss journey is inside of you......so dig deep, if necessary, and push forward to meet your goal. Whether your goal is for the next hour, day, week or month you can meet it if you stay focused, positive and determined.

We know how hard it is to eat healthy all the time and stick to a workout plan. It's work! But, the more you do something the easier—and more enjoyable—the moves become. The same goes for healthy eating.
