My goals are ongoing; I want to have great fitness and wellness. I need to lose 20 lbs to be at a very happy weight. THis works out to a pound a week by the time I go on vacation in late June!

I do weight training 3 days per week (sometimes more). I have not yet started but plan to do one cardio class at the gym as well. I also need to get walking on my off days as soon as weather permits.
Overall I am focusing on my food intake to meet my diet goals.

Smiling is infectious: you catch it like the flu, When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too. I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin When he smiled I realized I'd passed it on to him. I thought about that smile and then I realized it's worth! A single smile, just like mine, could travel the 'round the earth. So if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it unprojected. Let's start and epidemic quick, and get the world infected!
