    Hey Maggie! Happy New Year to you too. I have been trying to get things off to a good start. Its nice to feel you have kind of a fresh start for the new year. Thats good to hear that you have been doing good with drinking water. I have been trying at that too. When I feel thirsty I drink water first before soda or juice, and then if I am still thirsty I go back for a little juice or soda. I have also been trying to do better at portion sizes, since its easier than just eatting heatly. Good luck and I am glad we are both still working for our goals!

    Hi Maggie! Glad to see you on here! I know we have been in the Peer Trainer group so long. I was really sad to leave it, but I found Spark People and liked it better and couldn't keep up with both sites. Was bummed to leave our one group though.

    Hope you had a great Thankgiving. I like the picture of your kids, they are cute!

    Hi Maggiemom3's. Welcome. I'm in the same boat as you are. Two years ago I lost over 5o lbs. I've since gained about 10 back. I also have developed HBP so now I've got to lose. I'm much to "young" to be this "old"... So here I am.

    This is my first real week back on track, and so far it's been good. I'm using Slim Fast and counting cals. That's how I lost last time. I want to lose at least 20 by March.

    Anyway, glad your here. Lets motivate each other.
