Good morning! I finally figured out how to easily find my SparkPage (duh!) and what a nice surprise to find your note from October. Thank you for taking the time to give me a shout and a "pick me up". This thing is an ongoing quest for balance and I tend to go overboard with either exercise or diet to the detriment of the other. One thing I've done with food is to make it as easy as possible. If I can buy it already chopped, whether fresh or frozen, that is what I do. I also scaled back my expectations regarding exercise. Instead of an hour and a half every morning I cut it back to half an hour and decided that is better than not doing it. The scale is starting to move...I'll let you know if the trend continues!
