Mommy looking to lose lbs!

I fell off a little bit.
So here's an update.
I started off here in and around 217.
A few months ago I updated to be in the 160's but I recently got off track.
But I am back!
Weighing in at 172.
Ready to get down to 150!

-I accept this is a lifestyle change, and I may make mistakes along the way, I may gain but as long as I know that this is a natural cycle I can get back to where I was

Down to 163 new goal in place - 155 by 05/31/2013 I hope I can manage!
Ultimate goal - 145 by 06/22/2013

Went from 220 to 163, almost there!!!!!

My Goals:
I want lose 55 lbs by February 2012. I am currently 225 lbs and 5'1. I am hoping to be 140-150 lbs.

I want to continue to work out everyday.

I also want to continue to eat healthy.

Such a cute lil' baby girl! Read your bio and I feel your pain ... you have a lot on your plate, but you're taking the right approach: (1) be the best example possible for your daughter and (2) get yourself to a good place by living a healthier lifestyle through exercise and clean eating. I've found that if I don't have a routine that includes exercise and good eating (i.e., substituted with unhealthy habits), then it's easy to spiral into bad feelings. Hang in there - and be sure to use the SP community for support!!

Your sooo right?!?! Motivation & hard work is definitely the key, I've lost 8 lbs in one month! Looking forward to going to the gym now! Love seeing the results! Keep up the great work!

We have our height in common. I'm 5'11 1/2 currently at 192 lbs. Can't wait to be back to where I was before. GREAT JOB on your weight loss!
