1.23.10 Finding that tracking my food is paying off big dividends. Still allowing my two guilty pleasures: good cheese and dark chocolate. I just don't have them without using my food scale or measuring spoons! I don't have to totally deprive, just be smart in my choices. Seven pounds in eleven days and I have met my goals every day but two. One I was slightly under on protein and the other I was 36 calories over. The over day was going out with friends to dinner.
