My Goals:
I want to stay within the 150s. I do not want to regain weight thatI take off. I want to be able to maintain and stay vigilent

My Program:
I work out at least 5 times per week. I do at least 5 cardio workouts- mostly on elliptical. I ride bicycle or ski at least once a week. I try to eat 1200 calories per day of nutritionally dense foods. I try to keep it easy to follow and stick to.

Personal Information:
I am from SW Washington, I am very muscular and would rather get my work outs from "playing" rather than machines indoors. I love good food, and cooking so when I diet its all or nothing here!

Other Information:
Getting close to 50 is tough and I do not want my weight to get out of control. I do not like fighting it, I would much rather keep it with in a small fluxuation since I constantly am losing or gaining!

Thanks much for reading my blog and posting such a lengthy comment! You are so kind with your sweet words. Thank you so much. I gauge a lot by how I feel and how my clothes fit too. Your biking trips sound fantastic! Brugge and Amsterdam are two of my favorite places. Your Mosel Valley trip this summer will be fabulous. That area is beautiful. We're only a couple of hours from there. Amazing castles (Burg Eltz is one of our favorites in all of Europe!) & wonderful wine. Alaska is home for us ~ we're returning to settle down for good.
