Follow your bliss.

Well, I'm Heather. I'm almost 25 and I'm over being unhealthy and trapped. I'm just looking to find a great balance of physical fitness and health. I want to be a fit mom for my future children, a healthy looking bride for my future husband, and most of all I want to live a longer healthier life! I feel good knowing that I can do this! I have tried spark people before, but I don't think I was really ready.. Now it's time to get serious!

My Goals:
Like I said in my introduction, I'm just looking to be healthier.

I don't believe that skinny=Healthy.

I would just like to reduce my size by about half.

Also, a mini goal is to get down enough to sky dive by this Christmas!!

My Program:
I'm going to start going to the gym about 5 days a week along with Zumba whenever I can get it in!

I want to get a bike eventually.

I also will be walking around random parks and tracks with friends.

I am going to track my food with the tracker on here and just try and reduce my carbs and increase protein and fiber!
