Over the past 9 yearsi've put on around 37kgs *shudder* but now is the time to get it off!

I'm currently 107kgs and only 5'0" and i want to lose weight as i'm sick of people staring at me.

My ultimate goal would be 55kgs to go with my BMI but i've never ever been 'skinny' so i'd be happy with 65/70 which i was 8.5 years ago. So my main goal atm is to lose 37kgs but to get in a healthy weight range i have to lose 52kgs! *eek*

My first mini goal is to ...

I'm doing calorie king and also spark for motivation and for exercise i'm starting off by walking with the pram or else doing the walk away the pounds dvd (and sometimes both! ;P) .





DON'T QUIT

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,

But, often the struggler's, when loosing their grip,

Just throw in the towel and continue to slip.

And learn too late when the damage is done,

that the race wasn't over...they still could have won.

Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,

but facing each challenge will help you grow.

Success is failure turned inside out,

My Goals:
My first goal is to reach 99 kgs (yay double didgits) in the 12 week challenge i'm currently doing on EB but my ajor goal wouldbe to weigh 65 kilos.

My Program:
Watching how many calories i'm having and doing walk away the pounds dvds and walking my eldest son to school.

Personal Information:
My name's Angie and I'm a 25 y/o SAHM to 2 boys aged 5 and 6 months.

Other Information:
I want to lose weight obviously for myself but aslo seeing that my eldest is starting school i dont want him to be teased cause he has a 'fat' mum!

It's nice to hear from you! What do you think of the site so far? It's great for encouragement and motivation. I've had a few people talking to me but it's slowly died down. I think people give up after a couple of weeks, but i'm definitely in it for the long haul even if it takes years :)
So how long have you and your fiancee got till bubs is born? And have you set a date yet? XD
Oh, I'm from Western Australia but hubby is trying to convince me to move to Canada. But i don't know if i can :P

Hi there. The site seems great so far. I love it. I have a hard time entering the food I eat every day. I have made my own tracker for that but this is a great day to get an idea for calories.

As far as my almost born daughter Alanna, she is set to arrive February 7th. So it could be anytime. This is my first and I'm so excited. As far as a date to get married, I haven't decided yet. We wanted to wait until the baby is born and we are likely buying a new house in the spring. So we want to get all that out of the way first.

Why would your hubby want to maove to Canada. I've never been but I have heard that Australia is awesome. I'd love to visit there someday.

Well hope you have a great day and good luck with your weightloss. I seem to be on a little plateau for the last week and a half. But thats the first time since I started my weightloss on October 21, 2007. I've lost just shy of 60 pounds so far.

Thanks for the comment. I'm brand new to this site and was surprised to have any comments so far. I also seem to be a little low on friends. But I'd be honoured if you'd be my friend on here. Don't worry I'm not needy or anything but I would love to share encouragement once in a while. I liked that poem on your page. Where are you from that you weigh in Kg's and not pounds?

Best of luck on your weight loss journey as well. Sometimes it's hard to keep motivation but just keep your eye on the prize and a reason to do it.
