Fit For Good
With a BMI that's nearly obese, I clearly need to make some changes in my life. My current goal is to be 178lbs and have a normal range BMI by Labour Day. No more binge eating bags of potato chips or entire trayfuls of cookies. I am committed to creating a positive relationship with food. No more binge eating bags of potato chips or entire trayfuls of cookies. I am committed to creating a positive relationship with food. My day to day struggles to live a healthier life, from cutting out all diet soda from my diet to eating out less. As someone who has been known to eat an entire large pizza by herself over the course of just one day I know what it's like to struggle with food addiction and the daily grind of feeling ashamed about one's size and eating habits.
