    Yes I can commit to loads of water a day! Pretty much whatever it takes at this point! In November (I think it was November) I challenged myself to drink this big yellow pitcher worth of water every day. I wish I had paid better attention to whether or not that helped with my skin.... hmmm.... food for thought. I'm definitely going to try to eat cleaner AND drink a ton of water! Thanks!

    your comment about cheeseburgers made me chuckle for they are the bane of my exisistence that and fries all the reasons for the squishiness that hides the athlete underneath. I've found an alternative to the typical cheeseburger though....organic hamburger patty smothered in goat feta cheese, apple slice, spinach, and raspberry dressing (homemade)... (absolutely no bun!!!) pure heaven! for the fry fetish, I found roasting sweet potatoes lightly coated in olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, and whatever spices I can come up with is a good substitute! For white mashed potatoes (another major weakness), I found....mashed parsnips with butter and a sprinkle of nutmeg, salt and pepper....mmm...yummy goodness!

    Ooof, yeah, the SUPER cold weather lately has NOT been helping motivate me in my attempts to drag my butt outta bed!! I am going to do my yoga practice over my lunch break, since "after work" I work... LOL. Tues/Wednesdays are LONG since I teach lessons in the evenings til 7:30 both nights, and work in the morning at 7:00. I can DO THIS though!! I WILL!! :) Thanks for your comment on my status :)

    Hey icky plateau girl...try switching something in your routine to get you jump started again. Maybe a different kind of cardio or protein. Have you been weight training? Add something different there too. But above all else, maintain! That's how you're going to get there!
