Lost 40, got pregnant, gained that and more, at it again.

I got pregnant with my 4th child shortly after dropping 40 pounds and having my husband return home from deployment. Obviously, he was very happy with my results!

Now, he's home. I have 4 kids. And I am fat.

So I'm working on that last one. We are not having any more children, so this will be for good.

My Goals:
My goals are, first and foremost to get healthy.

I want to be able to keep up with my family and not slow them down.

My Program:
Tracking my food intake and a bit of exercise every day. Not much else I can do with three kids!

I am being extra careful not to overeat and to always put in EVERYTHING I eat. I have had problems with lying to myself in the past and I need to learn to trust myself again!

Hi. I enjoyed your page! I have been doing sparkpeople since 2/25/11. I think I would call this miraculous. I am truly amazed how well it works. I used to think I was eating OK until I started tracking my nutrition. What an eye opener. You are doing great and I can't imagine doing this while taking care of three children. You deserve 2 thumbs up! I really like how you have done your goals. That must really keep you motivated. Keep up the good work! And a big thanks to your husband!
