My Goals:
Goal 1: Lose 1 pounds per week until I am at a normal body fat %. I would like to some day get all the way down to 115 pounds. This is the ideal body weight I calculated from body fat%.

Goal 2: Fit into my super nice skinny jeans by next year.

Goal 3: Have a flat belly and look great in a bikini by next year.

Goal 4: Practice yoga every day of the week. Ideally at least a quick morning and night sesh.

Goal 5: Run a 9.5 min mile

Goal 6: Complete a 10K race by the end of 2013.

My Program:
Journal all food I eat on Spark and keep within my limits.

Do my cardio, at least 30 min 3 times per week.

Strength train 3x week.

Have a weekly calorie differential of at least 3,500.

Run at least 3 times a week, do Yoga and Meditation.



Personal Information:
I live in beautiful Malibu California and I am a third year law student. I am 30 and I love animals, nature, art, and so much more. I have a BA in Anthropology from Sac State. I am very in love with my happy little family: my husband Ali, and my cat, Lucy.

Thanks so much for responding! I'm the same way. Writing about it really helps me too. Omg run away while you can? Ahh. Lol. Thats funny. Im actually hearing that phrase resonate through my head while I'm actually studying for the exam but in the end I know how much I love politics and law and government and then I stick around! I have actually seen youtube videos about gunners! And I have actually heard about how competitive it is! I had someone describe it to me as high school all over again! Do you think thats accurate? Congratulations for landing the top 10% by the way! That is awesome! I hope to do the same! Its reassuring to hear the work load is at least workable. I love to read but in short intervals like if I am reading say a 300 page novel it will take me like 1 month to finish it because I'll read like 30 mins in the morning put it down and then 30 mins at some other point of the day. I need to start buckling up and getting used to reading a whole lot more from what I have heard because I know thats gonna hurt me. How many hours a day would you say you put into studying? I don't mind losing time. I read and studied so much for my History degree that I am used to it but every time I remember how much I had to read I freak out again. I hate reading continuously for hours straight. I get bored, annoyed, nauseous. Ugh! Lol. Thanks for the book suggestion! Im actually reading one my cousin gave me right now about the first year and when Im done I will buy 1L of a Ride. I'd love to know as much as I can before I get in there! hi there ! i stumbled upon your sparkpage.. regarding your most recent blog, i can totally understand how the "F" word can really hurt especially when you've been working sooo hard..its like a stab.. but dont let it get to you..you know what you're doing ok! also, i just graduated in 2010 too! i'm actually studying for the LSAT! id love to hear about law school ! was the 1st yr easier or harder than you thought?
