    Oh man, I did pretty horrible this weekend! We moved in to our new place and that has thrown off my eating by a LOT! I'm hoping I can get back in to it this week, I'll just have to start tracking the night before, that usually seems to get me back on the right track. At least I've been good with extra exercise. Good to hear you're on track and doing good!!

    I will paint or draw almost anything, but I am into portraits, figures and colour work, I must admit that I throw in a little cartooning for variety ...... It keeps me sane, I love it! How about you?

    I know I'm always like 'blahblahblah I know everything' but I keep wanting toshare what helped me get back on that damned wagon.
    I started printing out calendars and stuff and pinning it on my wall next to my bed... that didn't help very much, I'd just be like, well that's interesting. But then I created my own calendar through Excel with some quote from the inspiration page at the top and put it by my bed and wrote "W" or "S" on my workout and strength days,gave myself a smiley face on that day if I made my calorie range or a big ol' "X" if I didn't.... I don't know how that worked so well, but it did. I've got 1.5 calendars with smiley faces and a new one for Feb already printed out. I guess find what works for you is what I'm saying. God, I type way too much.
