My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and look good. I want to be able to go to any clothing store and find my size. Don't ever want to go to the PLUS side again.

My Program:
My Program is the same program we all know but never did, eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise 6 days of the week. Once in a while treat yourself to something sweet. (portion control of course)

Wellness isnít about deprivation and itís not about perfection.

It is about pointing yourself in the direction of growth, training yourself to get comfortable with your highest potential, and then taking small steps to support that shift.

Itís about showing up for yourself, day by day, and then one day finding that youíve undergone a transformation.
