Hey man, just checking in with you. It's been awhile. I'm back on track here and hope to duplicate if not exceed what I did back in 2009. Unfortunately I gained back everything I lost then plus four pounds. But my mindset is back and ready to kick a** once again. Hope all is well with you.

Thanks for the comment. The kids had a great day. You have to be honest about things and most important stay true to yourself. So I gained a couple pounds. It sucks but it's not like I haven't done it before. Learn from my mistakes and move forward. Perhaps try not to eat so much of the kids Easter chocolate. LOL. Keep up the good work.
