Solitary runner seeks friends and inspiration

I have been a runner for almost 9 years and have recently added a bit of weightlifting into the mix. I cycle to work every day (I walk in winter). Cross-training is my weak point and I'm hoping to add 2 yoga sessions/week into things.

My Goals:
My goal for November is to simply re-hab the pulled muscle in my hip and get ready to run again on December 1!

I am from Kitchener, Ontario Canada. I cycle to work daily, run, do a bit of weights and yoga. And I am participating in National Novel Writing month for the first time this year! I am on the board of directors for a local womens crisis centre.
