My Goals:
I will be completing my life coach clsses my December this year.
My Program:
I burn everything that I eat with a 500 calorie defeceit daily Cardio 5X a week 3 days of strenght training with stretching or pilates within the 5days . Resting my body 1 whole days & glasses of water daily.
Personal Information:
I am a grandmother of 58 years and have been married now for 7 years IWe enjoys the kids also.

I have been helping some of my Church members loose weight and change theor life styles
