This is me now....the "cocooning" stage!!
very embarrassing...I can't beleive I had done this to myself..very ashamed.
Me with my Gramps, and my youngest....I was around 300 pds I think....too afraid to find out...

I have been in the cocoon....long enough!!
I feel like I have been a caterpillar most of my life....I have started making changes inside and outside, much like a caterpillar changing in the cocoon....waiting to emerge a beautiful butterfly....flying free and living life to it's fullest....
