    Ok, so I did the workout one night this week. The only thing that was sore afterward was my knees! It wasn't killer and I did not sweat as much as I do on my treadmill. However, I didn't use a weight so I am going to try that next time. I like the countdown and I like that it is easy to follow because he moves through the movements slow enough that you aren't spending too much time getting the right move while they are finishing the reps! I also think that it is good for the days when I can barely talk myself into exercising! We'll see how it turns out using a weight. Your doing well I see! Just wait, this summer we will all look better than last!
