Healing My Way Thin

I stepped away from Sparkpeople for a while to undergo medical care and do a rigorous restriction of food. I feel infinitely better today because of my long-term elimination diet. Now that I've identified and eliminated triggers, I can begin to heal.

In August I spent several weeks eating raw vegan as a way to treat a handful of chronic illnesses, and replete on nutrients. The exorbitant amount of whole natural plants was nothing short of a miracle for my body, remarkably improving several debilitating health conditions.

On Sep 3rd, I started my journey to new habits, a new lifestyle, a new normal. I have committed to losing 4% of my body weight by Sep 30th. No crazy programs or diets, just tons of whole natural plant-based protein, vegetables, fruit, sprouted legumes, and the occasional pastured animal protein as tolerable by my body.

My ticker reflects my September goal. I'm well on my way!
