My Goals:
I want to lose 115 pounds. I want to be able to walk across campuse without having to caugh my breath when I'm done. That also goes for walking up stairs. I want to be able to buy a small shirt. Actually I would love to be able to buy clothes at all.

My Program:
I go to the gym Monday, Wensday, and Friday. I do Wii active Saturday or Sunday. I walk (with tone-up shoes) Saturday and Sunday. And at the moment I have taking an 80 mintue tap class Tuesday and Thursday. I am eating healthy and once a week eating either a dark choc bar or frozen yogurt.

Hey,

I thought that article you posted in the dojo was very interesting. I think a lot of people eat way too few calories and grams of fat for breakfast, so maybe that is why those who ate dessert for breakfast felt more satisfied? (How many times have you seen someone on a diet eating nothing but dry corn flakes and fat free milk or yogurt? I think a little fat in the morning is definitely a good thing, but I'm not sure I would do well eating that much refined sugar, lol). Anyway it was interesting! thanks for posting.
