Move It & Lose It =)

I have been heavy all my life. So, I wanted to do something about it! Gluttony was my excuse to live inside myself for many years and not wanting others to feel the shame I did. NOT ANYMORE!!! My child has a weight problem because of me and we are both on board to lose it together. What made her want to lose weight real quick was she had to wisdom teeth taken out and dentist didnt sew it up right. Left holes to let sugars seep to her jawbone and created decay on the line itself due to eating ...

This food and drink industry should be just as ashamed as ppl feel using it in a distructive way. Ads show us its ok and normal to eat this and Americans are the heaviest in the world. Need a new foood pyramid and make into dollar signs for companies. Bring them out of business dont eat fast food and candy and soda. Screw them :) Buy something awesome after 12 weeks. Ill post the picture at that time. Thanks. NO MORE EXCUSES! It's healthy to core train everyday. Even if you do the excercises in your bed when you wake up. It's less stress on your back. You have strength inside you and it feels good when everyone else can see it in the way you do :) The journey is going to be the toughest change I will always have in my life. A winning challenge I know I can make it... I just need to stay focused and feel worthy of success. I am transforming into a strong, independent, effective, healthy, energetic, outgoing woman and wont stop until i hit my final goal!!!!

My Goals:
I want to feel and look better than ever with incremental weight goals that I can achieve.

Strength train at least 2-3x a week.

Drink More Water!

Think Brown instead of white food :-)

BE MORE CONSTANT.

Walk, Talk, Walk =)

Make more time to better myself.

Be active throughout the day.

Eat a bigger breakfast!
Less at nite.

Steady sleep for at least 7-8 hours every night!

Go from grumpy and frumpy to purty girly =P

My Program:
I am cutting back on carbs, reducing my portions of food, and excercising more. I'm a total carb, chips, sweets addict!!!


Resistance Bands, Walking, Workout or Dancing Dvds, & SPARKPEOPLE is all you need to win!

Love watching the Biggest Loser show. It keeps me a little more motivated each week.

Recommendation:
ALL The Biggest Loser, Belly Dancing, and Resistance band Workout DVDs!!!

Check your local library for any excercise dvds. If they are not there.. they can order them from another location.

Free - Love that word because it has so many different meanings.

Find yours and live it!

Hey sweet friend, how have you been doing!?!

I hope you are having a safe and healthy summer! I wish I had conquered my weight loss with passion when I was young... I hate that I wasted 30 years living ashamed of my body.

I wear a heart-rate monitor in my ZUMBA class and it said I burned 800 calories last night in my 1-hour class. Whoot!

KNOW that you can do this!
KNOW that this is YOUR TIME to become healthy, fit (and envied!)
KNOW that if you really want something you will find a way-- the person who doesn't will find an excuse.

WE CAN DO THIS! WE ARE STRONG!
