My Goals:
My long-term goal is to lose 40 pounds by the end of 2012. Initially, though, I'm trying to lose 5-7 pounds for a wedding at the end of June. I'm hoping that this initial goal will motivate me to continue losing weight.


My Program:
My main goal is to add more activity into my life. Dieting is difficult for me, so I'm mostly focusing on eating healthy and keeping drinking to a minimum.
