The Transformation

With the beginning of 2013 comes the beginning of a transformation.

I'm quite tall, a little over 5'9, and my weight has always been healthy... But I'm ready to take on a challenge. I'd like to be able to run a 5k (I've always hated running), I'd like to drop 2 dress sizes (become a small size 4) before a wedding in March, but I don't want to do this is an unhealthy way.

Weight to me isn't as important as to what my body looks like and how clothes fit. I'm off on an ...
