The day went well, stayed within my calorie range which made me happy, had healthy and yummie food. Also, I went up and down the four floors to my flat four times plus up to the fourth floor to my soon-to-be-new-flat twice. That means a lot of stairs, I guess that sort of counts as exercise :)
