Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!
Welcome :) I'm so glad you stopped by! On January 16, 2011, after spending the past 5 years of my life on autopilot, I decided once and for all that enough was enough and joined SparkPeople. I have some serious changes to make in my life over the next few months. Changes that will, no doubt, be very difficult and challenge everything I've got; however, the prospect of finding the person I lost - my true self - drives me. I look forward to sharing my journey with you.
