My Goals:
I'm trying to focus on overall fitness. Not trying to break any records or get buff (if it happens, great! LOL). Just want to be the best I can be.

My Program:
It occured to me once as I drove to the gym how ridiculous it looks to drive there so I can make myself sweat, then drive home. So now my plan is to stay out of the car as much as possible. I live in a city setting, so I walk to church, the grocery store, etc. Too far to walk? Get out the bike. I strength train 4 days out of the week, but not longer than 20 minutes. Yoga sometime each day for stretching.

Other Information:
Those who hear not the music, may think the dancer mad.
