Instead of making New Years resolutions this year I'm making declarations and I declare 2011 my year!!! I am ready to start the New Year fresh not by making resolutions like every year and not sticking to them but by continuing to make life style changes for a better me. I’m tired of being under-rated and under-estimated because of what people see on the outside.The time has come for my outter beauty to completely match my inner beauty. The time has come for me to live up to my full potential and the journey has began and I'm not stopping until I reach the finish line and remember "It is never too late to be what you might have been."

My Program:
I mainly workout at the Gym, Bally's Total Fitness, I love ballys because of the group classes they are really motivating and gives you people to be accountable too and most of all there fun. My work out consist of a variety of exercises but mainly cardio, strength training and weights. Below is my weekly workout schedule that I try to stick too whenever possible. I will begin Insantity later this month of March 2011 wish me luck!!!

Monday- 60 min Cardio Circuit class and weights (upper)
Tuesday- 60min Step and abs class and weights (upper/lowe)
Wednesday- Cardio machine( ellipital or ski machine for 30) full body weights
Thursday- Cardio machine( ellipital or ski machine for 30), weights and 60min cardio dance
Friday- No gym brisk walk and recovery
Saturday- 60min high impact cardio dance. Yoga, sauna
Sunday- Walk/Hike/Swim

Personal Information:
I'm a FL girl who recently relocated to ATL about a three year ago. I live with my fiance, just the two of us no kids or pets . I want to get healthy and in shape so that I can finally be the woman I always knew I could be. I know the journey is not going to be easy but it will definitely be worth it! I'm tried of being the "big girl" and I will not waste another year of my life living to less than my full potential! I was alway taught if you don't like something instead of complaining about it do something to change.

Anthing worth having is worth working for!!

    Back to the basics, thanks for checking on me. I did not reach my weight loss goals for St. Patrick's Day, but I did get in those fitness minutes. emoticon again. I am hoping you will join the team for the Easter Sunday Challenge. Details to come!
