I agree with Katrina, Track everything, food, exercise, feelings. When you can see when you are going off the deep end you can and will start to control it. And never forget you are not alone! Goonies are fabulous!!!!!!!!! We are always here to support each other. Just remember nothing taste as good as skinny feels! Ok so I took that from the Biggest loser show, I do happen to think it fits me.
Just keep going even after a bump in the road, just never give up. You can do anything you set your mind to!
My suggestion to be successful with this is to track, track, track. If you want input from other re: food/exercise you may want to "open" up your tracking log for viewing....there is nothing like the truth staring at you when you are trying something new and need support. You have to be truthful to yourself most of all. Best wishes on your journey of loosing!
