Hi, this is so new to me that I don't even know where or how to begin. I still have 30 lbs to lose but at my age even "losing " is a scary experience. I'am very spiritual and I truly believe that it's what keeps me going. I am a diabetic and due to previous tragic personal moments in my life, I have trouble staying organized well enough to take medications which I don't want to take. I love people and I love life but I spend most of my time at home by myself???
