Consenciously move every day - I really don't like walking (slight boredom factor) and enjoy videos, but need to change up often.
Really more a yoga/pilates type with a dancer's background, but this time of life has kicked my butt!

Wii Fit Plus ...It's so much fun! Still have to get one more kitty (Precious) weighed, she is always taking her cat nap when we are weighing in. I think she might be avoiding the scale!

I went into the river today while I was cycling I have no control of my "handlebars" I'm also laughing so much I keep stepping stepping off the balance board! I still have no sense of direction trying to find all the flags and then I can't find the finish line!
