I hate the fact that I'm always tired and sick. My asthma is out of control. I'm obese and hating the way I look. It's time for change!

My Goals:
Primary: Lose 57 lbs.
Secondary: Tone up
Tertiary: Learn to eat and live properly!!

My Program:
I am beginning the meal plan and drinking lots of water. I will spend the next 5 weeks eating more protein rich foods, when possible.

Personal Information:
I am married to the most fantastic woman. I have two rambunctious kids. I love my job in south-eastern Manitoba.

Other Information:
I was a pastor for 5 years and now am in full-time sales.

Consider this a kick in the butt!! If you had the motivation initially, then it's still there; you're just smothering it in junk food and time on the couch! I know saying "just go exercise" doesnt sound helpful, but it really will get you going again. One day of going to the gym and doing what you need to do will make you feel A THOUSAND times better after you're done, and will give you the motivation to keep going!

Plan a reward for yourself, like if you go to the gym the next 4 or 5 days (whatever is realistic) for an hour you can have... the new video game you've been considering? A DVD or CD you've been thinking of buying/downloading? Something that you want but weren't going to splurge on (that isn't food!) That really works for me when I'm lacking in motivation. I try to concentrate on exercise first, and then the food tends to follow!!

You CAN find your motivation again! I recommend going back to the Fast Break stage (you can do that from your start page - let me know if you need help) and reading and FOLLOWING all the steps that will come to you in email. They are SMALL changes (baby steps) that will help you form healthy habits. Your fellow Spark members are here for you. Let us know how we can help!
