Consider this a kick in the butt!! If you had the motivation initially, then it's still there; you're just smothering it in junk food and time on the couch! I know saying "just go exercise" doesnt sound helpful, but it really will get you going again. One day of going to the gym and doing what you need to do will make you feel A THOUSAND times better after you're done, and will give you the motivation to keep going!
Plan a reward for yourself, like if you go to the gym the next 4 or 5 days (whatever is realistic) for an hour you can have... the new video game you've been considering? A DVD or CD you've been thinking of buying/downloading? Something that you want but weren't going to splurge on (that isn't food!) That really works for me when I'm lacking in motivation. I try to concentrate on exercise first, and then the food tends to follow!!

I recommend going back to the Fast Break stage (you can do that from your start page - let me know if you need help) and reading and FOLLOWING all the steps that will come to you in email.
