- Running or biking 3-4 times per week, and lifting at least twice per week

I was blessed with a wonderful life of good health and autonomy. I owe it to myself, my friends, my family, and community to make the most I can of my life. That means truly enjoying, celebrating, and living my life through my passion of health and fitness. I will eat healthy with mindfulness and moderation, exercise consistently, and be as fit as I can be. I want to learn, grow, and inspire others to enjoy life through fitness.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll do that after my ED is up. I'm only doing the ED for 2-3 months. It's just to test for food sensitivities and to get rid of my stomach pains. emoticon
