It's so hard to be tempted with treats at work. Luckily my co-workers are on board with the healthy eating (for the most part), so that makes it easier. But for this one event we went a little crazy to provide treats for our guests It's hot here to we've been averaging temps in the 110's with humidity of 50%+ so it's kind of miserable! I'm glad to hear you're still pushing ahead....whatever you do don't stop! The weight for me is not coming off like it was before...but I am determined to hit all my goals...so I have no choice but to keep going. I had a wonderful walk this morning....it pumped me up! I'm sure I lost a pounds or 2, but I will not check until the end of the month...if I can wait that long to check! Lol! Anyhoo....I appreciate the encouragement!
Your 4th of July beach vacay sounds like a blast....you are right exercise will be no issue...as for the food....try this trick since it is beach food, when you order only eat half...that should help ya stick to the right food calorie ranges and still enjoy the long weekend....
