Here I am.........ready to get fit

SAHM of 3 kids....2 girls and one boy!! I am a proud Army wife and big believer that home is where the Army sends us! I want to lose weight so I can be healthy again. As you can see from some of my pictures I have not always been a chunky monkey and plan on never being this size again!

My Goals:
To be healthy and able to run around longer with my kids! My husband returns from deployment in the Spring and I want to knock his socks off (literally and figuratively)!

My Program:
I have started jogging 3 days per week. I use a workout video from my arsenal 5 days per week. Yoga 2 times per week. I am starting with a trainer on March 7 and hope that will ignite the champ in me!

Personal Information:
I live in GA now (home is where the army sends us). Currently attending University of Alabama (Roll Tide).

Other Information:
I can and will do this!

Hi, thanks for reading my blog on my big win of cycling up Big Rock. Everything one does is part of a journey. Sometimes it's all falling into place and some times we take a step or even a few back. What we all have his the present moment. As long as I don't give up, I can inch up any obstacle...just climbing my bike up the 1 mile hill. I have a focus of getting to the top and mostly, I have to concentrate on peddling hard to maintain enough momentum to keep inching up...if I don't concentrate on the present moment, I stop or fall...which then, I get back on track and keep inching up some more. I hope my experience will encourage you to keep finding your passion and develop yourself to who you want to be. You can do it and always stay encouraged because everything contributes to the journey.
