Let's hear it for the Fearless Fuschia

I have been with Sparkpeople for over 4 years. Started a new soda streak the beginning of the year. I have a hypothyroid which I used as a excuse for a while as to why I can't lose any weight. That is really not a good reason. Taking steps to change that. Going to reach my goal and not just say I cant.
I have met and made some really awesome friends. Everyone is here for the same reason to get healthy. I still have some work to do on eating the right things. But am getting better all the ...

Update have passed the one year mark plus a month on my not drinking soda. Had a good visit to the endo and only need to come back in a year. She will be lowering my meds also. Working on getting to goal a step at a time.

Goals: Would like to lose 34 pounds this year. Want to get at least to a healthy BMI. To get serious about doing it.

Cardio 5 days a week at home and gym. ST every other day.

I'm from Maryland. Big fan of the Baltimore Orioles also like the Washington Nationals. Lucky enough to live right in between the two so we go see both teams.
