I've been gone from SP for eight months. I've gained back 14 pounds. Most of my clothes no longer fit. I've removed my "Lost 20 Pounds with SparkPeople" and "Lost 15 Pounds with SparkPeople" pictures from my page. In my estimation, I shouldn't be displaying these as accomplishments, since months of apathy and undiscipline have undone the good that my former dedication accomplished.

I know this: I don't have time to do this, much like I don't have time to eat right and work out. That being said, I'm going to do this anyway! I'm going to do it because my amazing wife deserves a healthy husband, my fantastic children deserve a father that will be a positive healthy rolemodel for them, and the people at my church should see a good example in the man in the pulpit.

My goals for the month of May are as follows:
1) Goal #1 - Get back on SparkPeople, update my status, and lose my excuses.
2) Goal #2 - Reach a weight of 165 by the end of the month.
3) Goal #3 - Reach at least two of my former Sparkers who have also fallen off the wagon and encourage them to reconnect also.
4) Goal #4 - Put in at least 1200 aerobic workout minutes.
5) Goal #5 - Put in at least 300 other workout minutes.

My Goals:
Current Goals:
1) Slim down to 150.
2) Maintain muscle mass.
3) Regain endurance (I have a two kids 5 and under and a growing church to keep up with.)

My Program:
1) Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. I average about 4-5.

2) Drink my 8 cups of water a day. Instead of Mt Dew (which supplements my lack of sleep)

3) Exercise on a consistent basis as per my SP plan.

Personal Information:
I'm a former military brat who now resides in NW Arkansas. I am a huge LSU Tiger football fan. I am married to the most wonderful lady in all the world. Together we have a 4.5 year old son and an eighteen month old daughter.
