I have been enjoying fitness since the age of 14 (I'm now 20) although my weight has been up and down throughout the years. I'm focusing on myself and I want to be the fittest version of me possible :) I truly want to exercise for the rest of my life.. and not go multiple days, weeks, or months without it!

(If anyones wondering the reason behind my username - it's because I LOVE Mac makeup!)

My Goals:
To be fit and happy with my body..

When I reach 135lbs, I will purchase a pair of training gloves. :) CHECK! Bought workout clothes instead.


When I reach 130lbs, I will treat myself to a pair of lululemon yoga pants!

128 pounds - new dress!

My ULTIMATE.. I mean ULTIMATE!!! goal is of 125 lbs, and if I reach this I will treat myself to a new VS bikini.

Goal set : January 4th, 2011.

    well that would be awesome!! i dont really know I just assumed it was bad to eat carbs before bed because your not active when ur sleeping. So your not burning off those carbs so I just assumed they turned in to fat. I could be dead wrong and I hope I am..lol I'm also trying to get as lean as possible and since I have been eating clean for 2 months and I have not seen any results I just assumed it was because of my carb intake before bed. I might just be gettting a head of my self. I have been told that it takes sometime to see results from eaing clean but HOW LONG !! lol Just a lil fustrated cant u tell..lmao!!

    To answer your question: No I didn't buy the bars. I didn't even buy their protein shake mix. I went with a cheaper WheyFit Protein powder that was just as good! All I had to do was add fruit so that there would be more carbs.
