My Goals:
To be fit and happy with my body..

When I reach 135lbs, I will purchase a pair of training gloves. :) CHECK! Bought workout clothes instead.


When I reach 130lbs, I will treat myself to a pair of lululemon yoga pants!

128 pounds - new dress!

My ULTIMATE.. I mean ULTIMATE!!! goal is of 125 lbs, and if I reach this I will treat myself to a new VS bikini.

Goal set : January 4th, 2011.

When I lift weights, I eat a 40/40/20 ratio also! It works out really well, I just have to remind myself to keep eating the fiber and all my veggies. Since you're eating so much protein it's really important :-)
