I'm twenty-four. I love to write. I love to have philosophical debates. I love to read. I love to sing and dance, though I'm good at neither, but it's your fault if you want to watch and listen and scar yourself for life! I love to help people, to reach out to them and watch them make their lives better.

I live in Alaska, and I love it here. Will I be here forever? Possibly. It has a certain magnetism to it that defies explanation, and I just love it here. Add that to the fact that I can't stand the heat and humidity, and this state is designed for someone like me.

As stated above, I have a cat. His name is Danno, and he's like my child. I talk about him a lot, and I won't apologize in the slightest. :)

The thundercloud in the mix is depression, which I've struggled with for years alongside anxiety and panic attacks. Some days are good. Some days..... not so good. It's a bit of an uphill battle, but I'm getting there! I just take awhile, which makes me impatient. I'm sick of feeling this way!!!

My Goals:
Short-term (12/31)
-Reduce my weight to 165 lbs
-Be exercising twenty minutes per day, five days per week
-Improve my sleep to make it restful!

Long-term
-Become more active
-Eat to feed a better mind and body
-Lose the excess weight
-Lose the excuses to not live life
-Inspire others to make their lives better

My Program:
1. Exercise a minimum of four days a week.
2. Consume a diet heavy on fruits and veggies and lower in refined sugars and processed foods.
3. Drink enough water
4. Be mindful of each and every choice

Personal Information:
I'm a young person living in Alaska. I tend to walk to the beat of my own drum rather than follow the crowds, and I am usually quite busy with ten things at once. That being said, I enjoy my alone and quiet time and really strive to get it on a regular basis in order to recharge. I'm single and perfectly happy about it, and I have a cat that's like my baby.

Other Information:
I am a solitary sort of creature by nature, but that is a habit that I am trying to break. I enjoy peaceful movie nights. "Peaceful" describes the atmosphere and not the movies, of course. I enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, action, and adventure movies.
