LOSE 4 ME

I am 62 years old with 6 grandchildren all boys. I use to be able to keep up with them but health reasons not related to my weight has slowed me down. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and get back the energy I lost over the last 2 years.

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight 20-25 pounds. Some day even though i'm 62 i'd love to do a 3 day walk for a charity. At the moment my health limits my goals but i'm hoping in time that will change.

My Program:
Really haven't set that up yet. As I mentioned for health reasons i have some limitations. I'm trying to work out a plan that allows me to exercise but not set me back health wise.

Personal Information:
I'm from Sydney Nova Scotia. I'm the grandmother of 7 beautiful grandson raging from 6 months all the way up to 8 yrs. I use to be able to keep up with them but lately it's make me a little sad that I haven't been able to do so.

Other Information:
Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

i am a member of teambeachbody and i have a great coach on there who is also a friend on facebook..and i have seen some no scale results and i'm think of doing it again...lol..gotta survive this one first :) already i've got another family member to try too...lol...
