History: July 25th-Early Dec. 2010. I found sparks and lost 28pds. 2011- I quit sparkin and gained every bit back. Today I am back sparkin and plan to stay! That 28pds sounds like a dream come true, I'm ready again!
To be at a healthy happy weight, and to be able to run around the courts with grace and speed!
1. healthy bkfst
3. Sparks (nut & fitness + team posts)
4. exercise 30+ min
5. Only F&V's after 8
Cal limit 1000-2000 (avg under 1500 a day)
To play tennis M,W,F 2+ hrs and to walk the other days. and my 50 crunches a day!
I'm from Sunny Oceanside, So.California. I am the mom of 3 wonderful grown daughters and the grandma of 7 gkids. My whole family lives in Oceanside. I am one lucky mom/gma. I am a young active 53 yr old who plays league tennis for the city team.
I love to camp, hang with friends and family, travel (road trips to cruises) play tennis, watch TV, play card and fun games. I play tennis almost everyday.
My fav shows are Modern Family, Dexter, The Amazing race, Dr Phil, Oprah, and Survivor!
I am a classic junk food junkie and really have to work hard to fit in a vegi & fruit everyday, Eating healthy is a huge challenge for me. We can do it!

Maci for your prayers and support in my healing from the accident. I appreciate you sharing about your experience of constant pain after you broke three vertibres in your upper back years ago. It gives me hope that someday I will be pain free such as you are today. I know it's going to be a slow process and hope that I don't end up requiring surgery if the physical therapy doesn't work. It's wonderful to have special friends such as you! Embracing you with love and hugs. Have a beautiful and blessed Thursday!

Maci, I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries. I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results!
