Looking forward to a gazillion good things after losing weight!
Besides losing weight, my overall goal is to control my food, and not let food control me. At the end of my weight-loss journey, I want to be able to Maintain, for the rest of my life.
Trying for years to lose weight. I believe, in the past, I didn't plan enough. I realize that I need to plan, not just for meals, but also plan for the times that it will be more difficult. I know that there are times when temptations are rough, but, being prepared, in my head, for those times makes a world of difference. Part of my plan includes making a "catalog" of Everything that inspires me. It appears that the list will be endless, as I am including every single thing, even if it seems almost petty. I find that reviewing that list and continually adding to it, gives me a tremendous boost.
