Well, you did better than me today! Yesterday I got in 18,203 steps, but today only a little over 10,000. I've been so sore today, didn't do as much as I had wanted to do. But I'll get it tomorrow.
I've always liked this quote, it's so very true. I had a really relaxing weekend, hope you did too. But today it's back to the grind. Let's don't forget to get our bodies moving. I'm going to try for 15,000 steps today, join me if you dare.
