Hello thank you for your comment on my blog. This is how I made the squash: Cut it in half and cooked each half at 374 for 40 minutes face down in 1/2 inch of water. Let it cool. In the mean time I sauteed 2 cups of broccoli, one small onion, one zucchini, and 2 cloves of garlic in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. When the vegetables were tender I added the spaghetti squash into it and one jar of marinara sauce. Heat it all through and that's it!!
