No discounts at my box, but I just joined a new gym, we intend on taking out cross fit with us but at a less intense level with more cardio, I don't need to be any stronger i am already really strong, I need to be leaner. So I intend on focusing on cardio training atleast 4 days a week with two days of intense, strength focused cross-fit type workouts. I need to burn fat and calories more than anything, here is to reaching my goal!
