Thanks MaryAnn. It is so hard to start again. I really am afraid of failing. Cause I know the results if I do. Praying this is the last time down the scale. Have you found a support group that is active and helpful? Guess that is what I am looking for right now.

I bought the book, and I see that they have new online tools for those who did. I guess I need to check those out as well.
