It is almost 2012...what have you learned this year? Some words of advice and perhaps a new resolution….Learn to use your own words as empowerment so you can begin shaping your belief system to be more nurturing towards your self goals. Be your own cheerleader and choose power words and phrases you tell yourself everyday in front of a mirror. Keep up the good work SP friend, I’m cheering you on!!!!
